SEND Strategy
At the heart of our vision is our unwavering commitment to the success and flourishing of each and every child, regardless of their background or circumstance. Our robust Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Strategy ensures this ambition is met not through afterthoughts, but through inclusion by design. We believe that high-quality, inclusive provision is the right of all children, and we are dedicated to building a curriculum, learning environment, and workforce expertise that proactively removes barriers, allowing each and every child to access knowledge, build character, and leave us truly ready for the next stage of their life.

Inclusive Culture
To develop a truly inclusive culture, our Multi-Academy Trust is committed to fostering an environment where high expectations for all children, including those with SEND, are the standard, believing that every child can achieve meaningful progress. This culture is built on the foundation of proactively seeking to listen to others—children, parents, and staff—valuing their diverse perspectives and ensuring their voices genuinely shape our practice and provision. Strong, positive relationships are at the heart of this strategy; we prioritise building trust and mutual respect within the school community, as these connections are crucial for effective support and child well-being. Furthermore, we ensure all staff benefit from targeted, ongoing CPD focused on inclusive pedagogy, effective SEND support strategies, and collaborative practice, equipping everyone with the expertise and confidence to welcome, support, and celebrate each and every child.
