This collaborative approach is fundamental to our mission, ensuring that each school within the Rainbow receives support and also has the chance to support others.

Due to the high calibre of our team, we are proud to extend our support to schools outside our Trust as they embark on their improvement journeys. We have a proven track record of effectively supporting schools, leaders, teachers, and teaching assistants.

Our school improvement team offers a wide range of advice and guidance, including coaching, mentoring, and modelling best practices. We have particular strengths in English, maths, subject leadership, SEND, behaviour and Early Years education. Additionally, we provide leadership support for school leaders and governors, including headteacher performance management, annual performance reviews, peer review visits, governor training, and ongoing governance support.
